“Elevated fried chicken sandwiches and craft sodas from the team behind Julieta — one of Indy's most anticipated 2026 openings”

A forthcoming craft sandwich and beverage concept from the acclaimed team behind Julieta Taco Shop — chefs Esteban Rosas and Gabriel Sañudo, joined by Milktooth alums Bryan Enas and Adrian Caldera. The 2,600 square-foot space (formerly Barista Parlor) is three times the size of Julieta. The menu spotlights elevated fast-casual sandwiches: fried chicken sandwiches, burgers, craft sodas, and beer and wine service planned. Pop-up preview events at Julieta began in March 2026.
