The Indianapolis Cultural Trail is an award-winning 8-mile urban bike and pedestrian path that connects all six of Indianapolis's cultural districts: Indiana Avenue, IUPUI, Wholesale District, Fountain Square, Mass Ave, and the Cultural District near Monument Circle. The trail is separated from traffic, wide, and well-maintained. Pacers Bikeshare stations are located every few blocks along the trail, making it easy to explore the city without a car. Runs past the Indiana Convention Center, along Virginia Avenue through Fountain Square, and connects to Mass Ave. One of the most praised urban trails in the country.
